It is that time of year again, rounding up some of the fave recipes that I keep coming back to, and will most definitely be craving this month! What’s on your list of things you must eat this Ramadan? 🙂
If you need more recipe ideas, check out past roundups:
Here’s some more quick and healthy meal ideas for Ramadan, or anytime really! 🙂
And as always will be sharing more family faves as the month goes on! 🙂
By this point Im pretty sure the air fryer is the appliance that is used the most this month. So there has to be a least one air fryer recipe in the roundup. I love the flavour combo of jalapeno and cheese. So these are a no-brainer for iftar if you want to switch things up from the typical samosas or springrolls. 🙂
And don’t worry if you don’t have an air fryer, you absolutely can get the same results in the oven! 🙂
I have already made this whole meal a few time over since posting. It is quickly becoming a family favourite. Especially those garlicky lemon potatoes! Gah! Already drooling! 😉
Currently obsessed with cooking with Za’atar! So you will definitely see a few more za’atar recipes coming up on the blog. And that is totally not because I have a whole bag of it sitting in the pantry 😉
I crave rice during ramadan. Something about needing the quick energy from the carbs. Adding the healthy fats from the nuts and protein in the chickpeas makes this a rice dish worth eating, especially after a long fast!
I told you za’atar is quickly becoming a go-to spice mix around here. Another recipe I have made on repeat. I even keep pomegranate in the freezer just so I can make this anytime!
