Hope everyone is having a good holiday season. While I still have to work a couple of days this week, I do hope to be able to enjoy this weekend and new years eve before getting back to the grind in the new year.
Normally I am not one for new years resolutions because, let’s be real, we are all just gonna quit in a couple of weeks anyways (isn’t Jan 12 known as quitters day?). Well I am not going to let that stop me from continuing what I had already started in 2018.
To give us a jumpstart, we have decided (and by we, I mean ‘I’ – J just has to come along for the ride) to join in the #januarywhole30 fun. And yes it is fun. I enjoy trying new recipes to see if there are new and healthier spins I can make on old favs. And the health benefits are nice little perk.
