Paleo Cookie Dough Bites
A great snack without all the guilt.

Ingredients
1/2
cup
cashew butter
1
tbsp
maple syrup
(leave out for sugar free or whole30)

tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
almond flour
2
tbsp
coconut flour
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
cup
chopped nuts*
(highly recommend a mix of macadamia nuts, hazelnuts and/or almonds)

tbsp
hemp seeds
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except hemp seeds, till smooth.
With clean hands, roll into ping pong ball sized balls.
Spread the hemp seeds out in a shallow plate, and roll the bites into the hemp seeds to coat all over.
You are ready to snack, or freeze them for firmer, almost ice-cream like bites.
