1/2tspchaat masala(optional - but highly recommended)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months (I go longer than this, but the spices may loose a bit of flavour the longer it sits).
Notes
If you don't have store-bought garam masala, try my Garam Masala in this seasoning mix (I actually prefer the flavour to store-bought).
